Surprisingly, the closest we got to any Korean-Pop in Seoul was a kids song and dance promotion at the COEX shopping mall in Samseong. Well, at least it was elaborate enough to keep the kids happy. Revel in all the song and dance glory in the video clip below. Not sponsored by Zara.

The N Seoul Tower is an art and culture multiplex that offers visitors views across most of Seoul. Located in central Seoul, the tower is considered a symbol of the capital and stands at 479 metres above sea level.
We got to the tower by taking the subway to Seoul metro station and walking part way up before deciding to catch the yellow bus no.2, which we conveniently saw on our way. An alternative route was to walk to the lower station of the Namsan cable car and take it up the mountain.

I wasn't surprised to see that the Koreans love to sing. The East Asian countries we've been to all have karaoke services or products in one form or another. In Seoul, we saw two forms of services on offer.
These karaoke booths were available to sit in at some arcade amusements we passed. Each booth sits one or two persons and outsiders can peek into the little window both to see if the booth was occupied, or to watch singers in action!

From the cable car exit at the top of Wulai Falls, we had to scale up a series of steps (past a little altar) to reach the Dreamland amusement park and once we did, found that most of the attractions were actually closed (at 5pm).
Located right next to the Jiannan Road MRT station on the Muzha Line, Miramar lies within an outlying suburb of Taipei and positions itself as an entertainment-oriented facility by boasting a giant ferris wheel, IMAX theatre and a carousel amongst the usual mid and high-end retail establishments.
