Ximending Traffic Lights and their visual countdown

A simple thing I know, but traffic lights in Taipei have countdowns and an animated figure. I've only seen a few of these in Vietnam so far (in Hoi An and Saigon) and I think they're a superb, functional city idea that should be incorporated everywhere!
