Heavy Metal Chopsticks

The fingers of Korean people must be especially strong since we've never come across metal chopsticks as commonly used as we've seen in the eateries of Seoul.

Maybe they're for self-defense. Call us wimps but although these utensils are not excruciatingly heavy, on a slowly-filling-empty-stomach they take their toll, as Linh's face demonstrates above. If us Chinese have wok-arm*, then the Koreans must have "chopstick-fingers".

* Wok-arm is a visibly more muscular left arm, common in full-time Chinese kitchen workers, caused by constant cooking of ingredients in a heavy trade-sized wok held by the left hand, whilst the right hand holds a (lightweight) ladle.
